Digital Marketing Account Manager

Job title: Digital Marketing Account Manager

Workplace type: Hybrid working (between the office and remote). Please note the workplace will be fully remote at first, then move into hybrid later on.

Employment type: Full-time, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

Salary: £50,000 GBP

Job description:

We’re looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Account Manager to join our growing team. This is a hybrid role (remote to start) based in Amman, Jordan. You’ll take ownership of digital marketing strategy and execution across multiple client accounts, driving performance through data, creativity, and innovation.

As the main point of contact for clients, you’ll manage campaigns end-to-end, from planning and execution to reporting and optimisation, ensuring measurable results and strong ROI.

Employment type: Full-time, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

Salary: £50,000 GBP

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple client accounts, acting as the primary contact for all digital marketing activities.
  • Develop, implement, and optimise multi-channel marketing strategies across paid, organic, and owned media.
  • Manage and improve CRM systems, with a focus on HubSpot workflows, automations, and integrations.
  • Oversee paid media campaigns (Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads).
  • Lead SEO and website optimisation projects to improve traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Use AI tools and automation to enhance marketing efficiency and personalisation.
  • Collaborate closely with design, content, and web development teams to deliver cohesive digital experiences.
  • Track KPIs and produce detailed performance reports for internal teams and clients.
  • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of proven experience in digital marketing and account management.
  • Expertise in CRM systems (HubSpot essential), AI marketing tools, web development & SEO, and paid media across major social platforms.
  • Strong background in e-commerce marketing and conversion optimisation.
  • Excellent client communication and relationship management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics and reporting tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic

You’ll assist in planning, creating, and managing digital campaigns that help our clients grow online.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as social media, email, and search.
  • Help with content creation for social media, blogs, and websites.
  • Assist in tracking and reporting on campaign performance and key metrics.
  • Learn how to use marketing tools and platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, and CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with other team members to brainstorm and implement creative marketing ideas.
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (social media, paid ads, SEO, or email marketing).
  • Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic. 
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

(Full training will be provided – prior experience is not required.)
