Job description:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in Amman.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career in digital marketing. You’ll gain hands-on experience working across multiple marketing channels while receiving full training and support from our experienced marketing team.
You’ll assist in planning, creating, and managing digital campaigns that help our clients grow online.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as social media, email, and search.
- Help with content creation for social media, blogs, and websites.
- Assist in tracking and reporting on campaign performance and key metrics.
- Learn how to use marketing tools and platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, and CRM systems.
- Collaborate with other team members to brainstorm and implement creative marketing ideas.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and best practices.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (social media, paid ads, SEO, or email marketing).
- Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
(Full training will be provided – prior experience is not required.)
